The annual congregational meeting and the meeting of the Corporation for Providence Church will be held on Sunday January 5th, following our morning worship service. During the congregational meeting, the Session will present the 2020 budget and entertain any questions. The terms of the Pastor’s Call will be presented and church members will vote on it’s acceptance. We will hear the proposed nominees for Elder & Deacon as well as for the 2020 Nominating Committee. A vote will be taken on both. Nominations may be made from the floor as long as nominee has been asked in advance that he/she wants their name put forward.
